Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted:

Nails: Due to the nature of the products and sanitary reasons all sales are final. For this reason, please ensure you double check your order and nail size before placing your order. 

Plushies: For returns/exchanges, please contact us at CraftyNails2025@gmail.com for assistance. Returns/exchanges are not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at CraftyNails2025@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible.

Any claims quality/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of orders is not possible once they have been processed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds:

Refunds on physical plushie orders will only be issued in cases where a product is proven to be damaged or defective upon receipt, and cannot be replaced with an identical item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 days of verification of the issue and will be credited back to the original method of payment.
